Pioneer Cardio Diagnostics provides the following services

Pioneer Cardio Diagnostics provides the following services:

Colour Doppler Echocardiography

Also known as cardiac ultrasound, uses standard ultrasound techniques to image two-dimensional cross-sections of the heart. Echocardiography (Echo) test not only provides helpful information on the size, motion, and composition of cardiac structures, but also assesses blood flow and function of the heart valves

Exercise Stress Test (GXT)

This test is used to provide information about how the heart responds to stress. Exercise Stress Test also known as Treadmill Test involves walking on a treadmill at increasing levels of difficulty, while the electrocardiogram, heart rate and blood pressure are monitored. Exercise Stress Test is used to determine if there is adequate blood flow to your heart during increasing levels of activity or the likelihood of having coronary artery disease and the need for further testing.

Stress Echo

This is a method of examining the heart wall motion and internal structure of the heart by combining ultrasonic imaging (Echo) with exercise testing (GXT). This test increases the sensitivity of GXT and allows the visualization of any heart wall motion abnormality connected with coronary artery disease.

Our patients will receive the highest quality of cardiac care

We have highly trained Echo Technicians who are certified professionals and have a superb rapport with patients. Pioneer Cardio Diagnostics owns state-of-the-art Echocardiographic equipment.

Holter Monitoring

Holter Monitoring is used to capture and store a continuous 48 or 72 hours of ECG recordings. Acquired data is then processed by a technician and analyzed by the cardiologist. This allows detecting rhythm abnormalities that are infrequent and are difficult to spot by regular ECG.
This is an invaluable tool in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias.

ABPM

Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM) done by wearing a blood pressure monitor for 24 hours. The monitor takes blood pressure reading twice or once an hour. Those readings are then transferred to a computer and a cardiologist analyzes the report. This is an invaluable tool to evaluate the hypertension and its treatment.

Loop Monitoring

Loop Monitoring is used to capture an ECG during a 2-week period. This test is used for detection and remote monitoring of patients with rare symptoms that require longer time to detect. Once symptomatic patient presses the record button and then transmits the recorded ECG strip via wired telephone line to our monitoring station.
